Management


Founder David Baron

Dolce Europa Fine Foods was founded by David Baron, who has spent the past 25 years in the specialty food business. As a sales and marketing professional, David has worked with diverse products such as wine, ice cream, breads, coffee, tea, and olive oil. He spent over six years as the Director of Sales and Marketing at specialty coffee roaster, Torrefazione Italia. More recently he was a founder and vice-president at ChefShop.com, an online specialty food retailer. David has lived in Israel and France, and has been an Italophile for many years, frequently travelling to his favorite city of Florence. He is passionate about the highest quality foods and ingredients and is committed to customer service.
