The origin of these bite size
cakes can be traced to the lavish 18th century
court of Marie Antoinette. Luckily you need
not be royalty to enjoy Petits Fours, for
they are an affordable luxury and will make
all occasions more memorable and special.
Divine Delight's
selection of superior ingredients and finishing
detail is second to none. They buy only
freshly milled almond paste and pure sweet
butter. The fillings are made from scratch,
with real lemons, pure vanilla, old fashion
heavy cream, the finest chocolates, and
real fruits.
Each
Petits Four is a miniature multi-layered
almond butter cake filled with velvety smooth
truffle creams, intriguing fruit fillings,
and exotic butter creams, enrobed in a rainbow
of specialty chocolates for a perfect finish
and to seal in the freshness.
Demitasse Petits
Fours are smaller than the classic petit
four line. The presentation has been
simplified, and the shelf life has been
increased to 45 days without sacrficing
quality or taste.
Demitasse petits fours
must be handled like premium chocolates
and may also be refrigerated or frozen.
Store up to 45 days at ambient room
temperature 68°-72° (or up to
90 days refrigerated 45°-47°.)
