Defrosting Instructions A
Leave the product at room temperature for approximately 2-3 hours.
After serving, the product can be preserved at fridge temperature (45° F/+10°C)
for other 6 days.

After serving, the product can be preserved at fridge temperature (45° F/+10°C)
for up to 4 days.

Leave the product at room temperature for approximately 1 hour.
After serving, the product can be preserved at fridge temperature (40° F/+4°C)
for up to 3 days.

Defrosting Instructions L- French Patisserie
Defrost at room temperature for 1 hour or in cooler for 3 hours.
Shelf Life: 5 Days defrosted in cooler, up to 4 hours on a buffet at room temperature.
